As a social media manager for Samsung's German Instagram account, my primary goal was to establish and manage the account while also building a stronger relationship with tech-savvy millennials. To achieve this, I carefully curated a diverse range of content that showcased the lifestyle aspects of Samsung's products, in addition to highlighting their applications in architecture and travel. To supplement our original content, I leveraged Samsung's "snap-shooter program" to feature influencers such as @muenchmax and @thomas_k, who were tasked with capturing unique and creative perspectives of Samsung's products in their everyday lives. This provided our followers with a glimpse into the lives of tech-savvy millennials and how they use Samsung's products to enhance their lifestyles. In addition to showcasing Samsung's products, I also focused on creating an engaging and interactive experience for our followers. This involved regularly posting behind-the-scenes footage, conducting Q&A sessions, and running contests and promotions that encouraged our followers to share their own experiences with Samsung's mobiles. Through a combination of visually-appealing content and strategic engagement, I aimed to build a strong relationship with tech-savvy millennials and position Samsung as a lifestyle brand that is synonymous with cutting-edge technology and innovative design.
